Southern Division Conference |
|
In early February, the Chapter ventured up to Atlanta, GA for the 2007 Southern Division Conference. Our Delegates were Jon Rogers, Tim Cullen, Will Petter, Dan Meinwald and Josh Long. The trip was very fruitful for Beta Xi, we returned with many awards, including: - Excellence in Adopt-a-School, for our Tulane Award winning program
- Excellence in Recruitment, with a 36% increase from the previous year
- Excellence in Academics, for exceeding the All Male and All Fraternity GPAs
- Excellence in Campus Involvement, for our 100% involvement on campus outside of the fraternity
- Excellence in Risk Management, for our Hurricane Preparedness Plan
- IFC President Award, for our former President Andy Kraut's service on IFC
And for excellence in chapter programming, Beta Xi was named a Court of Honor Chapter for the first time since 1984. This prestigous award signifies that we are one of the top twenty chapters of Delta Tau Delta in the country. |
